That turns the oscillator from a sine wave to a sawtooth
A nicely put together tutorial.
It'd be cool to see your take on how to get a good mix between the kick drums and bass.
I tend to struggle with that (especially when I'm mixing bass guitar, 8 string guitar, and an acoustic sampled kick... I find synth bass and synth or sampled kicks to be a little easier, since you have more direct control).
